We offer three flexible payroll service levels, with optional accounting support. Each package is built to give you clarity and confidence in managing your business finances.

Additional Fees
Employee Charge: $19.99 per employee/month
One-Time Payroll Setup Fee: $199.99
Annual or On-Demand Accounting Services: $159.99/hour
Complex or Additional Work: If the scope of work exceeds what’s included in the selected package, hourly billing will apply at our firm’s rate of $159.99/hour. Clients will be notified in advance and approval will be obtained before proceeding.
Year end Corp Income Tax Returns: Starting from $599.99/Corp
Important Notes
Payrolls will be processed electronically for all clients on service Level 2 or Level 3.
Level 2 or Level 3 will provide employee and employer access to paystubs through portal
Rates are subject to change with notice and explanation.
Transparent communication is our priority — no work begins without prior fee agreement if outside the original scope.
All Charges are plus 13% HST.
